Watch the Birdy! African Green Pigeon

Only the second sighting of this bird at our spot in almost 20 years, and the first time I have photographed it. What a beauty.

As you can imagine this was a rather special encounter. I am still smiling.

This takes the tally to 53 bird species photographed in the garden!
