leading you up the garden path. And it all went soggy.

After hitting record highs in Jo’burg for November it decided to rain ….

for three days, and then the mist rolled in.

Someone nicked the Tower.

Hadeda Ibis sits it out. No on-board lights so can’t fly in the fog.

But at least the veggies welcome the rain.

Bunch of has beans.

Kammy braves the rain

And the chickens don’t seem to mind.

But enough already … Mak, send the sun back down south, if you please.

  1. These are great shots. The garden ones make me want to go out, shovel off the snow, and start next spring’s garden.

Kammy looks as if she’s got parts from about three different cats. What unusual markings!

Well, it wasn’t my gimpy leg, the squint, the rabid support of Liverpool, my somewhat mobile toupe, cauliflower ear or athlete’s foot up to my knee, that I can tell you.

  3. You has beans?

We too are in a state of ongoing winter. I even bought a UV lamp last week. Should have done it years ago (gotta get the ol’ vitamin D fix somehow and God certainly ain’t coming to the party this year) (so far).
