Sun bathing? Looks more like she’s done all the checks and is turned into wind, ready for take off … LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
what a lovely coincidence, I just found one of these on my driveway; ours have no green, but the markings otherwise are identical. Great minds, Ark. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
This year we’ve had flocks of painted ladies about the place. He who knows tells me they have a population explosion every ten years. Nice pic. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
Ah … a new bit of info. Thank you. Always nice to learn something new. Pass on my regards to Mr G. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
Lovely capture Ark. I have seen more of them this year here, but they are always on the move. Nice to catch one at rest here. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
They always hang around the front garden when the weather warms up. But there is only ever one at a time. Maybe it is one particular family and they have cornered the franchise for the best sunny spots? LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
