Beeing there again

bee-resting

African Honey bee on Cosmos.

27/1/17

This bee appeared exhausted as though it had almost fallen into the flower.

It must have stayed in this position for  five minutes and did not flinch or move.

When it had got its ”breath” back it moved around gingerly for a moment or two then flew off.

  1. Are African Honey bees like the African killer bees I have heard about? My understanding is the killer bees are very aggressive and don’t give up in chasing what they think is a threat to the hive. My understanding is they are extremely dangerous. Hugs
